Smoking Shellfish at Bla Bheinn 4th Oct 2009

Bought 4 kilos of shellfish, razors, clams, mussels and scallops.

Brined them and then laid them on the rack ready for smoking in my home made smokehouse.

The products inside the smoker.
The smoke comes from the oak that is in the firebox.
The flavour it imparts to the fish is magnificent.
All done in an hour or two. Yum!
