Chris bought a new canoe, an Esquif Canyon, 16'5" river running boat in Portland Oregon.Gave it its maiden voyage on the North Fork of the Sauk, paddling with larry Grant in the bow and Bill Petty in a kayak for company.
Here going through the "traditional" launching ceremony, a can of light beer over the bow!
N Fork of the Sauk is a scenic class 2 and 3 run with some good size waves that had us emptying out pretty regularly!!
